Function:

This position serves as a key role in interpreting, analyzing, and presenting data to both senior leadership and technical staff. The role supports bug fixes, expansion of system functionality along with providing information for decision making.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for planning, designing and developing data fixes and data defects releases in Agile methodology.
  • Gathering and analyzing data in support of business rules, proposed projects and system functionalities.
  • Interface with internal and external resources to ensure successfully completion.
  • Active participation in problem analysis, resolution and triage application issues.
  • Provide clients with ongoing support for applications (including running ad hoc queries on clients’ behalf)
  • Support the weekly activity report with client
  • Provide weekly activity report
  • Provide ad hoc analysis of data
  • Mapping of data flows
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help across the teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, decision-making, and self-administrative skills required.
  • Must have experience working with databases including using SQL to create queries and validate data.
  • Must have experience creating Excel spreadsheets to analyze and manipulate data.
  • Quality Assurance experience is a plus.
  • Ability to diagnose data related problems.
