Junior Level Systems Administrator
MUST BE US CITIZEN. SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION.
Responsibilities:
Junior system administrator (Windows) to support the operations team with maintenance and deployments for client applications.
- Provide Tier 3 help desk support
- Support Help desk with performance metrics and other reporting support
- Support with clustered database environments
- Support application release deployments
- Support SIPR operations at client site
Other Deliverables:
- Prepare weekly activity report
- Respond to Tier 3 Tickets
- Perform weekly and monthly tuning operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with system configuration and setup in windows
- Knowledgeable of Cisco and HP switch configuration
- Knowledgeable of VMWARE virtual networking configuration
- Understanding of DevOps and working with continuous integration and continuous deployment
Education/Certifications:
- Candidates with MS certifications would be a preferred
- Security + certification
