Brad Hamel

Brad has twenty (20) plus years’ experience in Information Technology Staffing & Solutions.  Pre Tier One, Brad worked in Business Development and as Sr. Account Manager for Rapidigm, Inc. (since acquired by Fujitsu Consulting), a mid-tier IT Consulting and Systems Integrator, selling Enterprise Resource Planning and E-Business project-based solutions.  Brad also sold add on staff augmentation services to existing customers.

Brad founded Tier One Technologies in 2003 with the goal of building a customer-centric IT Services firm dedicated to no-nonsense and streamlined staffing and consulting services. Brad continues to be instrumental in the operations of Tier One Technologies playing roles in Business Development, Sales & Recruiting Management and Facilities Security. 

Brad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts & Science from Michigan State University.

John Yocca

John has thirty (30) plus years’ experience in Information Technology Staffing & Solutions.  Concurrent with his Tier One duties, John has spent over twenty years with A.C.Coy Company, a mid-tier IT Consulting and Recruiting firm.  His roles have ranged from Recruiter, Account Manager, Vice President to Principal.  Prior experience includes financial analytics roles with Bear Stearns and HSBC in New York City.

John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Frank Yocca

Frank has over forty (40) years’ experience in Engineering and Information Technology Staffing & Solutions.  Prior to Tier One, Frank founded the A.C.Coy Company in 1986, a mid-tier IT Consulting and Recruiting firm. Prior experience includes various Engineering Program Management roles at American Bridge / U.S. Steel.  He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia in support of leading edge steel and coke manufacturing techniques.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College.
